9 am-9 pm Registration check in at Georgetown Office. All drivers must check in at the Georgetown office NO EXCEPTIONS. We must have all signatures in order to hand out any wristbands or vehicle stickers.

Campground close to the trail head
and VFW Park— both NO FEE
Friday
6 am-7 am Registration check in at Georgetown Office for late arrivals. Note: Breakfast and Lunch will be served until 9am at Loon Lake - takes about 45 minutes to get to Loon Lake from Georgetown.
6 am-9 am Breakfast served at Loon Lake Dam.
Lunches handed out at the entrance to the World Famous "Rubicon Trail." When stopping along the trail to eat, swim or take a break, PLEASE pull off the trail. PLEASE DON'T BLOCK TRAFFIC.
3 pm-10 pm Vehicles arrive in camp after conquering the "Rubicon Trail". There will be staff available to help find camp spots. Set-up your campsite, then join us for dinner and no-host cocktails.
6pm to 8pm Dinner served in Rubicon Springs.
Dinner music and a Band will be our evening's entertaimnet.
Saturday
7:30 am-9 am Hot breakfast served in Rubicon Springs.
10 am-11:30 am Historical Talk by Steve Morris
Noon-1:30 pm Lunch served in Rubicon Springs.
Watch for our games after lunch!
6pm-8pm Dinner in Rubicon Springs.
After Dinner watch & listen for our Prize
Drawing!
Be sure to bring a flashlight to check your
prize drawing number on your wristband.
Some smaller valued prizes may be posted.
All your free time can be spent
swimming, fishing, hiking or
relaxing.
If you plan on hiking into the
desolation wilderness, please pickup
your permit at the Ice Cream
Parlor.
Sunday
6 am-7 am Express breakfast in Rubicon Springs for those who wish to get an early start.
7 am-9 am Hot breakfast in Rubicon Springs.
After breakfast and packing up, you will leave Rubicon Springs for the end of the journey on the Rubicon Trail towards Lake Tahoe.
8 am-?? Lunch will be served on the trail at Vista Point by the directors of Jeepers Jamboree.
At the staging area there will be
an air station to fill tires up and
it’s your last chance to pick-up
your Jamboree Merchandise!
