Wednesday

9am-9pm Registration check in at Georgetown Office. All drivers must check in at the Georgetown office NO ACCEPTIONS. We must have all signatures in order to hand out any wristbands or cehicle stickers.

Overnight accommodations are available at:

South Fork campground, close to the trail head. - NO FEE

JOKERS ROADHOUSE - 7 miles out of Georgetown on Wentworth Springs Rd. - NO FEE

Thursday

6am-7am Registration check in at Georgetown Office for late arrivals. Note: Breakfast and Lunch will be served until 9am at Loon Lake - takes about 45 minutes to get to Loon Lake from Georgetown.
6am-9am Breakfast served at Loon Lake Dam. Lunches handed out at the entrance to the World Famous "Rubicon Trail." When stopping along the trail to eat, swim or take a break, PLEASE pull off the trail. PLEASE DON'T BLOCK TRAFFIC.
3pm-10pm Vehicles arrive in camp after conquering the "Rubicon Trail". There will be staff available to help find camp spots. Set-up your campsite, then join us for dinner and no-host cocktails.
6pm to 8pm Dinner served in Rubicon Springs.

Enjoy our evenings entertainment.

Friday

7:30am-9am Breakfast in Rubicon Springs.
Noon-1:30pm Lunch in Rubicon Springs.
6pm-8pm Dinner in Rubicon Springs.

Enjoy our evenings entertainment.

Saturday

7:30am-9am Hot breakfast served in Rubicon Springs.
9am-4pm Vendor Fair in Rubicon Springs
10am-11:30am Historical Talk by Steve Morris
Noon-1:30pm Lunch served in Rubicon Springs.
Watch for our games after lunch!
Camp Bar will be open before dinner.
6pm-8pm Dinner in Rubicon Springs.
After dinner stick around for our prize drawing! You must be present to win. Be sure to bring a flashlight to check your prize drawing number on your wristband. The smaller prizes will be posted on the sales booth by the ice cream parlor on Saturday after lunch. Good luck!

Sunday

6am-7am Express breakfast in Rubicon Springs for those who wish to get an early start.
7am-9am Hot breakfast in Rubicon Springs.
After breakfast and packing up, you will leave Rubicon Springs for the end of the journey on the Rubicon Trail towards Lake Tahoe.
8am-?? Lunch will be served on the trail at Vista Point by the directors of Jeepers Jamboree.
An air station will be available at the Tahoe staging area to fill up tires before you head home. Photo Works ladies will have trail pictures available for purchase and Rubicon Wear werable will also be available for purchase and the staging area as well.
